As a group of professional historians, we develop programming that tells the diverse stories of Burlington County during the American Revolution. We do archaeological work, original cartography, develop school resources, public programs and lectures, and work with the county, state, and local populations to preserve existing sites related to the Revolutionary War here in Burlington County.
The Rev War Alliance of Burlington County exists to discover, interpret, educate and preserve the people and stories that affected and took place in our county during the American Revolution.
As a group of historians and educators, we want to engage with the public and inspire local residents to become aware of the county's rich, diverse, and impactful history pertaining to the revolution.
We frequently collaborate with other historical societies and groups within the county and state, as well as members of the business community, elected officials, and national organizations such as the American Battlefield Trust, the Colonial Dames, the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Sons of the American Revolution.
